Our tulips have bloomed during our spring break. We think it was April 6, 2009. We planted 175 bulbs and 148 emerged and 94 bloomed. The resident bunny seems to have had a very good feast since we are finding 54 nibbled tulips. We predicted that they would bloom March 25 so we were only 13 days off.

They are a beautiful red and really stand out in our rainy weather. Right now the petals are closed. We think it is because of the weather which is cold (50 F.) and rainy.
