Our Barn Swallows arrived early Saturday morning just before the rain. We usually have 4 birds arrive each pair have a nest on the back porch. This time we only had 3 birds one pair began their work cleaning and repairing their nest. The 3rd bird just sat on the porch railing I wonder what happened to her mate and what will happen to her this year. 4 days later she is still just sitting I hope she will be ok.
