Sighted first Rufous(male)this morning at one of my feeders, Thursday 16 April 2009. This is one my latest sightings in the last several years.

Winter with snow and unusually cold weather persisted until just 10 days ago. I did have a report that there are a few flowering plants available in protected locations.
