Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 04/16/2009

Number: 1

I have a "huge" China Berry Tree in the front yard. Across the street is another "huge" LeeChee (sic) Nut Tree, usually found in the South Pacific and Asia. We are surrounded by oranges in bloom, jasmine in proliferation and Jacaranda Trees. The Monarchs love our China Berry Tree. I note that they are most active in the late afternoon and early morning. We had at least 50 in the tree last night. I have photos and will send ASAP. Want to take a few more. Diane and Glenn Davis
