This is a very dissappointing journal entry. This was the first day back after our spring break and we were expecting some beautiful tulips! But to our dismay ALL of our tulip flowers had been eaten!! Even some of the leaves had big bites out of them! We searched the internet and discovered that many animals eat tulips, like squirrels, rabbits, deer and groundhogs. Now we wonder what will happen to our tulip bulbs. Will they survive or die?
