Spotted eagle flying across interstate 84 1/2 mile east of interstate 91,in Hartford Ct 1400hrs. I never thought i would see one that close to hiway. Eagle was low enough to be hit by a bus or truck. Connecticut river runs along interstate 91 in connecticut,Mass, and Vermont.
