At Nankin Mills Interpetive Center, in the Butterfly Garden, there are several milkweeds that are up. The tallest is about 4 inches and several of them have leaves. The two kinds that are up are Swamp Milkweed - Asclepias incarnata and Purple Milkweed - Asclepias purpurascens.
