Our first tulip bloomed! Two days later, at least 10 of our tulips have bloomed. Even some of our "What If?" bulbs bloomed, including the bulb that we colored with a marker, the one we planted upside down, and the two we planted on top of one another. The bulb we cut in half didn't bloom, but it did emerge. They are bright red! WE had predicted that they might bloom 3 days earlier. We used data from previous gardens and figured out how many days between emerging and blooming. Then we found the median to make a blooming estimate!
