The tulips in my official JN garden bloomed today! They emerged on April 2nd, so it took 27 days for them to grow. Interestingly, the tulips in my test garden (beside the foundation of the house where it is warmer) emerged two days later due to snow cover but bloomed two days earlier because it's so warm when the sun hits the house. Thus, these developed in only 23 days. We had record warm temperatures--in the 80's--several days during the past week so this rushed their development.
