Our school was on spring break from April 17th to April 26th. When we returned to school on the 27th, the tulip garden was a splendid mass of red blossoms. We guessed that the tulips had already been in bloom for several days before we saw them, given the blossoms' overall appearance. Therefore, we're reporting Friday, April 24th as our estimated date for the tulips' first bloom. If we do this project next year, for the sake of data accuracy, I really hope that the tulips don't blossom again during spring break.
