I was in New Orleans attending the NSTA conference. How exciting to see not one, but two monarchs in the French quarter the day before the conference began. One looked fairly fresh and the other a bit worn. They were enjoying the blooms almost as much as this winter weary Minnesota.
I also say one three days later while on a swamp tour. Now to go home and wait a couple more months.
