Female Ruby Throated hummingbird was sighted on our feeder at 7:40 pm today. She has arrived one day later than last year (5/8/08). Prior to her arrival, feeders were being used by a pair of Baltimore Orioles. They seemed to favor the feeders over the oranges I put out for them.
