Tulips EMERGED

Date: 04/20/2009

Number: 1

After a week of spring break and then having had several days of very rainy weather our classes were able to go out to view our tulip garden spot. That's when we noted that the tulips had emerged but that many had also been uprooted. When the footprints of deer were noticed in the garden and nearby trail we knew what had happened to our tulips. The children pushed many back in the soil hoping they will still bloom.
