We have been watching our "field" for the milkweeds. We finally located the first sprouts (since the city mowed back some of the shrubery, they could have been there earlier). We measured most of the plants between 3-6 inches tall at this point. We have also discovered eggs and larva, however, they don't appear o be monarchs.
