The kids came in from recess and were all excited because they had seen a Monarch. I thought they had to be mistaken, but they are experts at identifying them and there were at least five children that had the i.d.! It was about 12:20 in our rural town and this is the same area where we would see them in the fall. There is milkweed growing over the hill.
