No bright red on neck is a Female also has white on tail tips. Returning to feeder about every fifteen to thirty minutes or so. I have three feeders in various places in my moms yard. She seems to like the one closest to the house the most and she comes in the late afternoon and evening. I have noticed some sugar water missing form the feeder on the porch and a little from the one in the nearby tree but have seen her just visit the one by flower garden up by the house and I change them every three days or so because of ants. She seems shy but will come while I am sitting on the deck nearby and drinks from the flower on the backside of the feeder and peaks around to keep an eye on me.
