As i was gardening in my backyard, I observed a Monarch flying passed the columbine and azealas at 2:00 pm on Memorial Day in the hot 81 degrree sunshine and 2 tiger swallowtails in the Tulip Tree. The Butterfly weed is starting to blossum and the swamp milkweed is 15 inches but no flower heads. Teddie Ciavola Carboni
