WOW! I finally saw a monarch today! My milkweed has been waiting for their return for over a month! Finally, saw a lone adult flying today in the sun. Will begin to check for eggs and larva. Can't wait to raise another batch. As usual, I have a new group of interested adults and children. We've seen a lot of swallowtails but today was the first monarch sighting for us! I will check the school garden tomorrow!
