Monarchs remain very scarce in our vicinity. So far, our members have reported only two sightings to me. I see on Journey North that there have been many sightings in Western New York, but I guess that doesn't apply to the Rochester area.

It seems to be a repeat of last year, when we didn't get a substantial number of Monarchs until July.
