Flew over my 2 milkweed patches at 6:30p.m. - observed by grandchildren staying for supper! Hovered for a few minutes in each patch. When it left we found 24 eggs which we cut off the leaves and flower buds to bring indoors. I have never seen eggs in flower buds and 2 eggs were laid on top of the leaves.
