Monarch Egg (FIRST sighted)

Date: 06/25/2009

Number: 1

First eggs spotted on milkweed shortly after seeing the first monarch. It is now the 28 of June and have found a few more. There must be others that I can't see. They seem to like to lay their eggs in the blossoms of the plants and on the little seedlings that are coming up. Will start watching for holes in the leaves as the caterpillars hatch.
