On June 27th, we saw the first female monarch nectaring on the milkweed in on our property. On June 3oth we saw another female monarch laying eggs on our milkweed. After she departed, we collected 20 eggs and are now raising them. We hope to put the 20 new butterflies in our outdoor butterfly house to reproduce a new generation.
