The first of July this year I heard, for the first time, a virtual chorus on frogs. These choruses have continued every evening, this being the 15th. I had never heard such a long and continuous chorus before. Also, there were thousands of tadpoles, and subsequently "froglets" in a muddy hole in the pasture. They have since all disappeared. I do not know if they matured or were consumed or died.
