I was out walking around the yard looking at the flowers,hoping to see more butterflies;I had seen some Swallowtails the day before. To my happy surprise I went around the corner and behold the first Monarch of the season was just landing on a butterfly bush right before my eyes! I was so excited! Then it rose into the air and circled up, up and up around and disappeared into some tall Aspen trees on the corner of our property.
