Today was a great day for "MONARCHS" in my area! I found 6 more caterpillars to add to my class collection. Each of my 22 students now have their own caterpillar to name and care for as they witness each stage of metamorphosis. They have already started recording observations in their observation books. I also saw 2 monarch butterflies fluttering around the milkweed patch...hopefully this means more eggs!
