Watched a male monarch yesterday for an hour or two feeding on our latest to bloom milkweed. I believe it was in pre-migratory feeding mode because I was able to practically touch him with my camera and he still kept feeding........impossible to do any other time of year. Have not been able to see any caterpillars and/or eggs here in the last few days. Hopefully there are some that I'm missing.
