We think these are the birds that travel further north to live in the pring that are returning south now. All the birds that nest here and have their babies here were gone early this year, about the second week of July. Usually they remain until the first week of August. Almost daily sightings of one or two birds who stop in for a drink then continue on their way. Seems late since the majority left a month ago.
