Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 08/15/2009

Number: 1

two adult hummingbirds and now a juvenile (tiny, slim, little thing!) have frequented our hummingbird feeder for several days in a row. The feeder is down right now due to 96+ degree temperatures causing the nectar to expand and leak, attracting more hornets and wasps than hummingbirds. New (insect-proof) hummingbird feeder is on the way! Hopefully they'll stick around long enough to enjoy it!
