2 adult female Ruby-throated Hummingbirds are fighting over the feeders even though I have 3 set up quite far from each other. It is unclear to me if one is my summer resident adult female and a new migrating female. I do have one juvenile hummingbird raised by the female, but not in the mix this AM. Only the last week have the hummingbirds been going to the feeders at all. Up until then they were mostly bugging and using flowers in the yard. The use of the feeders suggest to me they are starting to prime up for travel.
