First sighting this month of 2 male Ruby Throated Hummingbirds at my feeders sighted Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009. We have Black Chinned Hummingbirds all summer, but the Ruby Throated Hummers usually depart my feeders by mid May. This is early for me to be seeing them back this way at my feeders.
