UPDATE: Two of my larger caterpillars have gone into their cocoons. The first was much smaller than than the second, maybe I have a male and a female. I have 2 other caterpillars (one just hatched and one almost ready to change)and I am looking for more eggs now. I have seen quite a few Lady butterflies, but I have not seen many Monarch's in Newport this year. I am finding the eggs off the Island in East Greenwich, RI and bringing them home, no eggs in Newport this year. Can't wait to release my first butterflies of the year!!
