Assuming all the chrysalis' I have remaining will hatch into healthy butterflies, and all the current caterpillars (5) will also, here's a year-end finale of what a yard dedicated to Monarch Watch can produce and provide:
*This Monarch season, I saw 25 Monarchs in my yard (Waystation No. 613).
*Collected a total of 125 eggs off my Swamp and Common MW in the side & backyards
*A total of 67 eggs hatched from the eggs collected from my Waystation.
* Currently, have 5 large caterpillars almost ready to go into "J"
*I had a total of 63 fatalities, including empty egg shells collected from spiders, earwigs and wasps in garden and from OE in caterpillars and Chrysalis'.
* Current number of chrysalis' is 33
*Total number of chrysalis' thus far is 49
*Number of Monarchs released thus far is 16: Males = 8
Females= 7, DK = 1
*Projected Monarch release= 54
