Signs of Fall

Date: 09/02/2009

Number: 1

The black walnuts are beginning to plummet down onto the lawn and porch. They make mighty thumps as they do so. I can hear the squirrels eating them up in the trees. I also hear the hum of many insects, but not many birdcalls.
