There is a chrysallis, we have been observing for the last week, in our garden. We found the monarch caterpillar upside down in "J" formation about a week and a half ago. We are excited to witness the monarch emerging from the chrysallis in about 3-4 days. He made his chrysallis on our swamp milkweed.
