Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/03/2009

Number: 1

Yesterday and again today, we saw a female Ruby Throat Hummer. I just finished cleaning the two feeders and refilling them with fresh syrup (4 Pts water/1 part sugar) Each Hummer feeder has bee guards on, plus I have a yellow Jacket wasp trap near by which fills up in a short time. We haven't had as many Hummers this year as in the past. I keep a annual log of all my bird sightings during the year. I faithfully follow the Robin and Hummer migration on your sight which I am so grateful.
