I checked my nature journal to be sure and I usually have no change in activity until around the 10th of September. Earlier this week it was chilly at night and not much past 70 during the day. They were so slimmed down I thought they might have gone early. There is one feeder that was my very first feeder and in the spring my travelers hit there first. The regulars don’t bother with it much. This week the migrating feeder is emptying daily. Today, however, everything is business as usual and the other 4 are alive with incredible activity like usual. Seems to be my usual number.
