I had a Ruby-throat at the front feeder. I don't know if she is just passing through or a straggler. I had several females quarreling over the feeders as of Monday, September 1. Several people in the area also had the birds yet. This seems unusual. I don't recall having hummers in September before. They're usually gone by August 27 or 28. I saw her come and go through my living room window.
