Monarchs are roosting on our trees. There are alot of them, at least a thousand or more. Since we have lived on this farm this is the first year I have ever seen them, and we have lived here for 5 years. I sure will watch for them next year, that's for sure:)

September 4

We have seen the monarchs now for about 5 days (since about August 28/29).

I just wanted to report that the butterflies have moved on. There are a few left but not many.
