The monarchs have been in the Hastings area roosting in trees at a Hastings trailer park going on 4 days. Each day there seems to be more monarchs coming to the area. There was around 100 monarchs on sunday and now around 150 plus are in the area.

September 6
We observed the monarchs flying around the trees in our neighborhood around 3:00 p.m. this afternoon. This evening they are all still clinging to the branches after 9:00 p.m.
My observation time: I was watching for 6 hours and 30 minutes.
