The poplar trees are beginning to turn yellow on some of the branches.
My apple tree is losing leaves already.

At night a fog hovers over the lake and in the morning there is thick fog in low areas especially around creeks etc.

There are very few mosquitos to irritate you now and one can sit outside quite late without bing bitten.
