Saw female Black-chinned this morning feeding at Trumpet vine. Rufous all left mid-August. What characters they were! Hope our little gal "Fiesty" returns next year. Black-chinned are quiet and mild in comparison. Highlight of my summer - being 'challenged' by that little Rufous gal when I was taking down the feeder for clean/refill. What a hoot ("zeeeee")!!!
