About 5PM a hummingbird flew into our garden where I was sitting, talking on the phone. It flew first to a hanging Geranium, but didn't feed at it. Then it flew from plant to plant to plant, sat very briefly on a stem, and left. There were Monarda still in bloom there, and other blossoms, but it flew off, perhaps because I was sitting so close.
