Sun,Sept.13 was the last time that I saw 2 hummers.One looked like a baby and I wonder how the poor little thing will have enough strength to make it across the Gulf or even to Fla.
There may be a couple still flitting around when I'm not observing.I think that I saw one last year as late as Oct.so I don't know if they have all left or not. I never did see but 3 at one time here this summer. I have a friend in the country that has about 20 around her many feeders. I only have 3 feeders and have only seen 2 on one one time as they chase each other off. I have left the feeders up for a few days just in case they might be looking for them. I have a new computer and when I get it installed I will change my e-mail address as I have been getting too many ads and hope that it might delay them at least for a while with a new addres,but I'll have to register here again.
