Our GT class saw 7 monarch larvae at the playground. Two were babies. Five were older. The biggest caterpillar looked like it was striking when someone touched it. In our classroom, two of the monarch larvae are still in their chrysalises and one small monarch is still in the larva stage. None of them have turned into a butterfly yet.
