The Rufuous hummingbirds (brown/green in color) probably left the first part of September. I have about 4 Annas (green/gray in color) who live here all year long. When there is snow for a while I put bubble wrap around my feeders - the ones with the four red flowers at the bottom and the one like a flying saucer.
