I had a female at my feeders today after no sightings for 4 days. She looked quite heavy and in good shape. She flew south after feeding. I have been getting singles sightings every few days for a couple of weeks now. All I have seen latelyhave been obvious transients because they begin by stopping at flowers and then spend time looking around the yard before finding the feeders.
