Because I live in Southern California we have Anna's Hummingbirds
year round !! But about several years ago 1 Rufous Hummingbird
found my yard!! And now every year lots of Rufous Hummingbirds visit my yard :) I have 15 different feeders all over the yard and
the tough little Rufouses try to dominate the feeders but always
end up sharing with the "cool" year round Anna's Hummingbirds.
I have been feeding the hummingbirds for 25 years!! it is such a
positive & rewarding hobby;) Keep the feeders clean & full & enjoy!
