At Anastasia State Park in St Augustine - we were walking the boardwalk over the dunes toward the beach and we saw a few monarchs flying and occasionally stopping in the marsh grass below. As we approached the dunes we saw approximately 40+ in a minutes time flying above our heads along the dunes heading south. My observation time: I was watching for __0_ hours and __10_ minutes.
