After a drenching rain yesterday, all 6 of the our daily hummers continue to feed at both the flowers and feeders, and adult males have been sighted feeding at feeders and females at flowers. (BTW: this upcoming first weekend in October is when many folks remove their feeders, so we double ours from 3 to 6 and place the additional feeders away from the established feeding territory. We always feed until after the first frost and leave at least two feeders until it's been a month since our last sighting.)
