Around noon today, I saw what appeared to be red tailed hawks migrating from the north flying south east. They were flying about 300ft. in the sky. The first group I saw there were approx. 30-40, they were flying pretty fast. The second group were just behind the first group by about 5 minutes. The second group about the same size flock as the first one, started swirling (somewhat like vultures do circleing in the sky, but only for about 30 seconds and then they too, started flying south. Not sure if they fly in flocks, but the 2 groups together total'd about 90-100....
